Position Overview & Duties:
Become a vital part of our team as a Clinic Supervisor, where you will implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes. Your key duties will involve assessing, designing, and executing treatment plans tailored to assist patients in their recovery journey. This position provides the chance to engage with a variety of patient populations, including those with orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports-related conditions.

Your Role as a Clinic Supervisor:
- Provide evidence-based, high-quality care to empower each patient to achieve their functional goals.
- Develop timely and individualized treatment plans based on each patient's unique requirements.
- Achieve and surpass your clinic's financial targets through effective referral strategies, increased patient visits, and proper billing practices.
- Foster positive relationships with patients, colleagues, and other team members.
- Cultivate and maintain connections within the community.
Qualifications & Compensation:
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE accredited physical therapy program.
- Previous management experience is preferred.
- Valid state licensure.
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
