Responsibilities of the Plant Manager:

  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, policies, and procedures in all plant operations.
  • Oversee day-to-day manufacturing processes at the main facility and satellite locations.
  • Develop effective strategies to enhance processes and boost productivity.
  • Manage and optimize plant operating expenses.
  • Provide necessary training to new and current employees across compliance, procedures, on-the-job skills, and professional development.
  • Ensure full compliance with legal standards, client requirements, and company policies.

Requirements for the role:

  • Completed BS/BA in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least seven (7) years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, particularly in sheet metal/machinery settings.
  • Proficient in both computer systems and Manufacturing Operating Systems/ERP.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and strong organizational skills.
  • Proven track record of making sound decisions and driving results.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • High ethical standards and integrity.
  • Skilled in recognizing and implementing process enhancements.
  • Ability to effectively manage resources and resolve conflicts.
  • Customer-centric approach and a friendly demeanor.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of leadership experience.
