Responsibilities
Operate multi-line phone system.
Greet and assist onsite guests.
Receive, sort, and distribute correspondence.
Organize, maintain, and update computer databases including Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Dynamics SL.
Correspond with clients through email, telephone, and postal mail.
Monitor and maintain office supplies, inventory, and office equipment.
Assist internal staff with clerical and administrative needs including correspondence, contracts, meeting notes, proposals, and formal documents.
Enter accounts payable invoices.
Qualifications
Previous experience in office administration or related field.
Experience working in the construction industry.
Skilled in oral and written communication.
Ability to prioritize workflow while multi-tasking.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills while working independently.
Prefer previous experience Microsoft Office.
