Job Summary:

Essential Job Functions:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of multiple programs.
  • Collaborate and stay informed about relevant regulations.
  • Set targets for program census and implement marketing plans.
  • Oversee hiring and training of program personnel.
  • Work on financial strategic plans and budget management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Participate in committees and conferences, promoting positive patient experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments for support services.
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Complete special projects and other duties as needed.

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Knowledge of mental health trends and managed care.
  • Ability to lead teams, think strategically, multitask, and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to navigate complex organizations effectively.

  • Job Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant regulations, excellent communication skills, and experience leading diverse teams.
  • Language: Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
