We are keen on recruiting a Segment Quality Manager who will be tasked with overseeing, supervising, and monitoring quality assurance activities for a specific segment within our project.

**Responsibilities:**
- Supervise quality procedures on project sites to ensure accurate documentation and testing
- Conduct and prepare audit documentation to support project site quality activities
- Develop and manage quality control plans for assigned projects
- Assist in resolving company non-conformance reports
- Identify risks and discrepancies during daily site walks and document findings
- Verify completed systems to ensure correct installation
- Analyze and report environmental performance to internal and external parties
- Manage impact assessments to mitigate environmental risks and financial costs
- Uphold Company values and strategic plans
- Support corporate policies and execute additional assignments as needed

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree or Engineering Technologist Diploma preferred
- Minimum 5 years of related experience
- ASQ and/or ACI certification required within the first 6 months of employment
- Driver's license mandatory
- Canadian equivalent certification advantageous
- Background in environmental regulatory and construction industry compliance beneficial
- Expertise in testing, inspection processes, and construction procedures
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop in environmental monitoring and technical writing

Flatiron is proud to be an EEO/AA/ADA/Veterans employer with a minimum salary of USD $125,000.00/Yr and a maximum of USD $145,000.00/Yr. Additionally, we offer a Personal Vehicle Allowance Tier I of $750 USD/month.
