Position Overview:

As a Quality Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for directing the quality assurance processes to guarantee that our products adhere to the highest quality and regulatory standards.

Your role will involve leading a team of quality inspectors, performing inspections, and executing quality enhancement initiatives.

This position demands a proactive leader with a comprehensive understanding of quality assurance practices and a dedication to ongoing improvement.


Key Duties:
  • Lead and mentor the Quality Control team, offering direction, training, and support.
  • Manage daily quality control operations, including product inspections, testing, and record-keeping.
  • Design and implement quality assurance processes, procedures, and standards.
  • Conduct routine audits to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and management teams to address quality concerns.
  • Analyze quality metrics and trends, identifying opportunities for enhancement and executing corrective measures.
  • Prepare and deliver quality reports to senior management.
  • Ensure all quality control activities are performed safely and efficiently.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in a Quality Control role, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
