Requirements
What you'll do...

Cultivate long-lasting relationships with current and prospective partners

Collaborate with partners on business strategies and assist in implementation

Set-up multiple face-to-face meetings over the course of each day

Use strong communication and goal-orientation skills to achieve KPIs

Execute our differentiation strategy in your market

Daily networking to build customer base for lead generation

Capture daily activity within market on CRM

Qualifications:
Live within the working territory - north of the Arkansas River

Bachelor's degree or more than 3 years of relevant work experience

Excellent communication skills:
written, verbal, and listening

Insurance experience is not required

Strong computer, decision-making, time management, and organizational skills

You have a valid driver's license and a dependable personal vehicle
