  • Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour plus 1% commission
  • Responsibilities:
    • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
    • Determine customer needs through proper inquiries
    • Address and resolve customer objections
    • Assist Spanish-speaking customers in understanding company signage
    • Accurately process customer invoices and payments via bankcard or financing
    • Review paperwork and system entries to ensure accuracy and minimize customer concerns
    • Help customers with product availability and arrange orders for pick-up or delivery
    • Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues either in-person or over the phone
    • Show patience, empathy, and composure when dealing with dissatisfied customers
    • Label new products and accessories
  • Required Skills:
    • Ability to work a retail schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
    • Prior experience in face-to-face customer service is preferred
    • Physically capable of standing and moving around showrooms for 8-12 hour shifts
    • Emotional control in a professional customer-centric environment
    • Strong work ethic and reliability
    • Basic computer skills
    • Professional dress code adherence
    • Spanish bilingualism is a plus
