ARC Group is in search of a talented Web Landscape Strategist with experience in the pharmaceutical industry to join our client's team. In this role, you will lead the analysis of external web dynamics, using both qualitative and quantitative data to guide our client towards a more data-focused approach in web development within the pharmaceutical sector.

This is an initial 6-month project with the possibility of extension and the opportunity to transition to full-time employment with our client. We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and the flexibility of fully remote work, but you must be located in the Eastern Time Zone.

Job Description:

  • Carry out competitive web landscape analysis through research
  • Stay updated on web trends and best practices (excluding social or digital advertising)
  • Compile, arrange, and assess global and country-specific web-related market research
  • Obtain regulatory insights, including web restrictions at the country level
  • Integrate findings from Customer Experience (CX) initiatives into commercial web strategy
  • Suggest approaches to gain further insights from healthcare professionals (HCP) and healthcare consumers (HCC/patients) to enhance web operations
  • Offer on-demand support to the web team as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience, including at least one year in the pharmaceutical sector
  • Proven expertise in Digital/Web Strategy and Competitive Intelligence is essential
  • Prior involvement in the pharmaceutical industry is a prerequisite, ideally in a corporate role rather than with an agency
  • Proficient with web analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics
  • Previous job titles like Web Strategist, Digital Marketing Manager, or Digital Marketing Strategist within the pharmaceutical domain are advantageous
  • Residing in the Eastern Time Zone is mandatory for consideration
