This is an outstanding opportunity to join the Arm Quality Engineering teamThe Quality Engineer role is passionate about ensuring high quality across Arm products, solutions, services and processes are maintained and continuously improved.
We are looking for a dedicated individual with highly developed analytical skills who can identify performance problems in both technical and process contexts to improve the overall quality we provide to our customers.
Responsibilities:
You will provide quality leadership - implementing, leading and influencing continuous improvement systems across the organization, including in the key engineering and project management teams.
You will act as a point of escalation for Quality issues, ensuring that incidents are prioritized, handled and recorded in the Problem record while appropriate measures are taken to prevent issues from arising again.
Required Skills and Experience :
You have broad and validated experience in the Quality role as part of a multi-market business.
Experience in applying, facilitating, and guiding quality processes and methodologies or/and crafting quality standards, procedures and specifications for a companyGreat analytics capabilities with tools like PowerBI, TableauYou demonstrate excellent social and interpersonal skills, influencing capabilities, and a high level of applied emotional intelligenceExperienced in facilitating engineering and management teams through root cause analysis methodologies (8D, 5-why, etc).
"Nice To Have" Skills and Experience :Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO2700x & Security Development Lifecycle (SDL), ISO 26262Certifications and/or experience in Lean, 6-sigmaExperience with the Atlassian Toolchain (Jira, Confluence, etc...)
