Customer Service:
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally calls/day)
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues with patience and empathy.
    • Provide accurate and relevant information to resolve customer queries.
Communication:
  • Maintain clear and concise communication with customers and team members.
    • Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service quality.
Problem Resolution:
  • Identify and analyze customer needs to offer appropriate solutions.
    • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • 1 year minimum of call center experience
  • Professional communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and on-time for work on a daily basis
Additional Information
  • Pay: $19/hr.
  • Schedule: Mon - Fri, flexible schedule options
  • Location: 100% in-office
  • Type: Contract-to-hire
