Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant work experience
  • Four or more years of experience in intricate systems design, system software implementation, and infrastructure support within a medium to large enterprise or equivalent setting
  • Four or more years of experience with Microsoft Windows Server and virtualization technologies
  • Two or more years of experience in Azure planning, setup, and deployment
  • Four or more years in M365 planning, deployment, and administration
  • Four or more years of experience in Active Directory and Azure AD management
  • Two or more years of experience with ITIL-based ticketing systems
  • One or more years of experience in migrating email and files between Microsoft M365 tenants
  • One or more years of experience in transitioning on-premises systems to SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS solutions
  • One or more years of experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager for OS deployment, patching, and software distribution
  • One or more years of experience managing collaboration and communication solutions like Ring Central, Zoom, and Teams
