CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALISTPlunkett's Pest Control is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Specialist with a can-do attitude.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALISTAs a Customer Service Specialist, you are the voice of our company Your primary responsibilities in this office-based position include a mix of solution-focused consultation, problem-solving, and scheduling for residential and commercial customers.

You are never bored, as there are always various office tasks of which you may assist.

You love that you get to interact with people every day and enjoy keeping busy You will support new and existing clients using a variety of communication tools, such as phone, email, and text, to consult with and prescribe services, schedule service visits, provide billing support, and perform additional internal office tasks as required.

You feel great satisfaction in helping our clients and contributing to the overall success of our companyDo you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills? Can you solve issues for all kinds of clients with professionalism and patience? Do you enjoy interacting with people on the phone and understand good phone etiquette? Are you organized and detail-oriented? Can you manage your time well and prioritize multiple tasks effectively? I f so, then you might be perfect for this customer service positionCUSTOMER SERVICE WORK SCHEDULEThis is a full-time position based in our Fridley, MN office.

The work schedule is Monday
  • Friday, business hours, and up to one Saturday per month May-October.
Some overtime may be required.
