  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and empower staff.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and financial analysis.
  • Detailoriented with exceptional organizational and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of healthcare IT systems and electronic medical records (EMR) software.
  • Familiarity with quality improvement methodologies and patient satisfaction initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

Note:

While not required, certification or training in healthcare management or administration (e.g., Certified Medical Manager, Certified Healthcare Administrative Professional) would be advantageous.

Additionally, experience with specific surgical procedures or specialties relevant to the surgery center's focus may be beneficial.
