Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers and production facilities
  • Forecast inventories/sales and determine optimal solutions
  • Coordinate shipments with carriers and internal teams
  • Ensure accurate data entry and uphold business standards
  • Drive continuous improvement and add value to the business

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or 2+ years' experience in corporate transportation/scheduling
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and data analysis
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and self-motivation
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel occasionally
