As a CO2 Scheduler at POET, you will fight to maximize the profitability of the business through outstanding customer service to our business partners. You will have the opportunity to communicate with internal and external customers, forecast inventories/sales, and set up shipments with carriers and internal dispatchers. 

This is an on-site role located in Wichita, KS and is not open to remote locations .

A TYPICAL DAY 

Communicating with our customers and production facilities. Projecting inventories/sales, and evaluating the most profitable solution. Setting up shipments with carriers and internal dispatchers. Completing data entry, and maintaining a clean book of business. Being an owner of your business unit, and constantly improving to create the most value.

QUALIFICATIONS: WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years’ experience in a corporate transportation/scheduling role High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to communicate effectively, to write and speak articulately. High attention to detail with an emphasis to data analysis. Proven track record of exhibiting good problem-solving skills and being a dependable, self-motivated employee. Willing and able to work outside of regular business hours ., evening check ins and overnight on-call coverage. Ability to travel to plants and/or customer locations (less than 10%)
