Job Description

  • The Manager is responsible for supporting the General Managers to achieve both quantitative and qualitative results of their units, ensuring compliance with Company Policies & Procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct all Shift Managers and Team Members to prioritize 100% customer satisfaction with Customer Service as Priority 1.
  • Empowered to take necessary actions to resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Required to respond quickly to all customer complaints through various channels, including the Company's web site, in person, or via telephone.
  • Ensure the safety of Team Members and Customers by following safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Achieve Company standards in Food & Beverage Cost Control, Quality, Service, Cleanliness, Cash Control.
  • Recruit, schedule, train, evaluate, and when needed, discipline Team Members according to Company protocol.
  • Write weekly work schedules in compliance with Company policies and Labor Laws.
  • Manage labor hours effectively based on business levels by sending Team Members home if necessary.
  • Promote good employee relations and resolve Team Member grievances promptly.
  • Ensure all required actions on the Company's checklists are completed, including Cleaning Chart duties.
  • Consistently manage Team Members to meet Company standards, expectations, and governmental regulations.
  • Manage by Priority: Customer Service, Cleanliness, Restock & Prep, Miscellaneous Cleaning.
  • Monitor sanitation requirements, cashier protocol, portioning, and waste to maintain quality.
  • Perform Hourly Temperature & Quality Checks and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain Cash Management protocols, including routine cash drops, shift receipts, change availability, and accurate Cash Variance documentation.
  • Manage required staffing levels effectively and ensure compliance with Company standards and regulations.
  • Keep Team Member attendance records updated and manage stock levels to prevent shortages.
  • Generate purchase orders, conduct Daily and Inventory Counts, and complete Weekly Inventory counts.
  • Handle all reporting requirements, including Cost Variance reporting, Payroll Worksheet, and Camera Reviews.
  • Communicate all relevant information to Team Members and maintain communication with General Manager and District Manager on various operational matters.
  • Ensure property and equipment are functioning properly by following maintenance protocols.
  • Attend training sessions and Company meetings as required.

Requirements:

  • 1 Year experience as Manager in a QSR or Casual Dining Environment or as a Mighty Taco Shift Supervisor.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Serv Safe Certification (Preferred).
  • Skills: Time Management, Organizational Skills, Leadership, Communications Skills.
  • Minimum 40-hour work week with availability for various shifts including late nights and weekends.
  • Willingness to work at any Mighty Taco location.
  • Reliable Telephone & Transportation.
  • Must Pass the Mighty Taco Management Test.
