Job Description:

The position of Client Success Sales Representative at Cardone Training Technologies requires a dynamic individual to serve as a High Energy High Ticket Closer, responsible for sealing high-value deals and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients to identify their needs and offer customized solutions.
  • Conduct effective product demonstrations and communicate the value proposition clearly.
  • Establish and nurture strong client relationships throughout the sales process.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals, consistently surpassing sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Performance Expectations:

  • Participate in Daily Sales Training each morning before 9 AM.
  • Maintain a minimum of 4 hours of talk time daily.
  • Complete an average of 50 dials per day.
  • Work Monday to Friday from 8:20 AM to 6 PM, and Saturdays from 8:20 AM to 1 PM (mandatory for the first year).
  • Attend Weekend Events/Workshops 1-2 times per month.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to connect with clients.
