Job Description:
The position of Client Success Sales Representative at Cardone Training Technologies requires a dynamic individual to serve as a High Energy High Ticket Closer, responsible for sealing high-value deals and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to identify their needs and offer customized solutions.
- Conduct effective product demonstrations and communicate the value proposition clearly.
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals, consistently surpassing sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Performance Expectations:
- Participate in Daily Sales Training each morning before 9 AM.
- Maintain a minimum of 4 hours of talk time daily.
- Complete an average of 50 dials per day.
- Work Monday to Friday from 8:20 AM to 6 PM, and Saturdays from 8:20 AM to 1 PM (mandatory for the first year).
- Attend Weekend Events/Workshops 1-2 times per month.

- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to connect with clients.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:20 AM - 6 PM, Saturdays 8 AM - 12 PM, with occasional Overtime for events on weekends.
