Position Overview

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of developing a self-service platform for developers and partners to integrate seamlessly with 's solutions. Proficiency in digital identity and digital wallet technologies is advantageous for this role. The responsibilities include shaping the product vision, strategy, and execution while emphasizing data-driven decision-making, metrics, and analysis. Key attributes for success in this position include technical expertise, effective leadership, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

This position focuses on enhancing customer experiences through various means, from driving product-led growth initiatives to optimizing internal customer success operations. A primary responsibility will be to propel growth through self-service integrations.
Duties
  • Establish and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with overall company goals.
  • Evaluate market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscape to spot product opportunities and prioritize features.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and other teams to create innovative wallet solutions that incorporate identity verification features for corporate clients.
  • Identify, monitor, and interpret key performance metrics for Wallet solutions, leveraging data insights to guide product decisions and enhance performance.
  • Cultivate a culture of data-driven decision-making in the product team, utilizing data analysis and metrics to steer product development and feature prioritization.
  • Formulate and update comprehensive product requirements, use cases, and user stories to steer product development processes.
  • Engage with clients, partners, and stakeholders to collect feedback, validate product direction, and ensure successful adoption of new features and enhancements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in product management, with a focus on digital wallet solutions, identity verification, or related technologies in B2B2C environments.
  • Proven track record of launching successful consumer-oriented products, particularly in the fintech, identity verification, or security sectors.
  • Solid technical background and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams to drive product advancements.
  • Outstanding communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills, with past experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, demonstrated through expertise in data-driven decision-making and product analysis.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Passion for developing innovative, user-centric solutions that provide outstanding customer experiences and seamlessly integrate with identity verification technologies.
