Position Overview

As the Director of Product Management for our Gen AI Product - VaultIQ, you will lead the development and execution of our next-generation artificial intelligence (AI) product strategy. You will be responsible for CommerceIQ's VaultIQ product, which serves as the cornerstone of our platform. You will own the development of the context engine and common data science models to enhance the quality of recommendations, empowering global brands such as Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Nestle, Mondelez, and many more. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, define product roadmaps, and ensure successful delivery of cutting-edge data science and analytical solutions. Leveraging your extensive experience in data science product management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI-driven commerce optimization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for VaultIQ product, aligning with company vision and market needs.
  2. Lead a team of product managers and collaborate closely with engineering, data science, design, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable AI solutions.
  3. Drive product innovation by identifying emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities in the data science and AI space.
  4. Work closely with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, prioritize features, and ensure product-market fit.
  5. Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and iteration, ensuring timely delivery and successful adoption.
  6. Define key metrics and KPIs to measure product success, track performance, and drive continuous improvement.
  7. Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring that user needs and feedback drive product decisions and enhancements.
  8. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to develop go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  9. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments in the AI and data science space.
  10. Mentor and coach product management team members, fostering a culture of learning, growth, and excellence.

  1. Successful definition and execution of the VaultIQ product strategy, resulting in market-leading AI solutions that meet our customer needs and drive business growth.
  2. Timely delivery of high-quality product releases, meeting or exceeding customer expectations and business objectives.
  3. Achievement of key metrics and KPIs, including user engagement, retention, revenue, and market share.
  4. Effective leadership and development of the product management team, with a focus on talent acquisition, retention, and professional growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
  2. 12+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on building and scaling data science and analytical products.
  3. Proven track record of success in defining and executing product strategies, driving innovation, and delivering results in the AI or data science space.
  4. Strong technical background, with deep understanding of data science, machine learning, and AI technologies.
  5. Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
  6. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to translate customer needs and market insights into actionable product plans.
  7. Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with product management tools and methodologies.
  8. Passion for AI, data science, and technology innovation, with a customer-centric mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
