Job DescriptionJob Description

Join our team as a Production Associate, contributing to the assembly and packaging of high-quality food products. This role involves various tasks in a fast-paced production line, with duties rotating every two hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to regulations, policies, and safety procedures for a secure work environment.
  • Perform physical labor tasks in a dynamic production setting.
  • Inspect and handle products to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Box forming, taping, and stacking.
  • Manual placement of products in cases and boxes.
  • General cleanup throughout the production run and at the end of the shift.

  • Clear oral communication skills.
  • Basic math skills (addition, multiplication, and subtraction).
  • Strong planning and organizing abilities.
  • Commitment to quality and accuracy.
  • Adaptability to changes and unexpected events.
  • Dependability, punctuality, and responsiveness to management direction.
  • Adherence to safety and security procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily.
  • Full-time and the ability to work overtime

Pay:

  • Starting from $ $15.50 per hour.

Schedule:

  • 8 to 12 hour shifts.
  • 5 to 6 days a week, with potential for overtime and weekends as needed.
