Automotive Sales Consultant

Wynne Volvo Cars Hampton is looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Consultant to meet customer demand and deliver exceptional service from test drive to delivery with solid training and support from our Management Team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop expertise in products and sales to become a trusted advisor on vehicles, packages, and latest technologies.
- Employ consultative selling techniques to assist customers in choosing a vehicle by asking insightful questions and actively listening to their needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat and referral business.
- Conduct professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Negotiate effectively and handle all documentation accurately.
- Stay updated on brand promotions, financing options, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Auto Sales is preferred
- Demonstrated success in sales
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Professional and well-presented appearance
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
- Valid driver's license and clean DMV record required
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening
