Position Summary:
Lemon Perfect is searching for a dynamic individual with expertise in connected commerce and shopper media to spearhead the development and execution of media plans, precision marketing, and engaging consumers across the US. This role involves collaborating with the brand marketing, influencer, and social teams at headquarters to align media strategies with ecommerce and national sales operations. The ideal candidate will oversee media planning, buying, and data-driven consumer engagement efforts, driving overall business growth.
We are seeking someone to lead strategic planning, manage agency partnerships, and optimize investments while also contributing to influencer and partnership strategies. The candidate should have a deep understanding of CRM, set and achieve performance metrics beyond ROAS, and play a key advisory role in evaluating industry standards and retail media networks.

Requirements:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in media planning, connected commerce, and shopper media strategies, including agency management and performance measurement.
  • Background in consumer packaged goods, particularly in beverage or lifestyle brands.
  • Demonstrated expertise in key media platforms, consumer engagement, and competitive brand positioning.
  • Proven track record in developing and overseeing agency/connected commerce strategies with a substantial marketing budget.
  • Familiarity with data management, success metrics like ROI/ROAS, CRM, etc.
  • Exhibit leadership qualities, including negotiation, agility, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills necessary for a team-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Travel requirement: 25%.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and management of media, shoppable social, and connected commerce strategies to engage consumers throughout the marketing funnel.
  • Oversee agency management processes from RFP to onboarding, including contractual matters and performance evaluation.
  • Facilitate internal and external communications, integrating strategies with social platforms and owned/earned media channels.
  • Devise shoppable media strategies for long-term growth.
  • Amplify brand content and experiences in collaboration with the brand team.
  • Engage in joint business planning with key retail and ecommerce partners.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on connected commerce and retail media investments.
  • Support HQ Marketing in national tent pole events and industry tradeshows.
