Responsibilities

As an Associate Mako Product Specialist at Stryker, you will play a key role in revolutionizing orthopedic surgeries globally. Your responsibilities will include learning new technologies, providing support to surgeons, and ultimately helping enhance healthcare outcomes.

Key Duties:

  • Supporting surgeons in using Stryker's Mako robot for robotic-arm assisted surgery.
  • Providing clinical support and guidance during surgical procedures.
  • Resolving technical product and service issues as they arise.
  • Offering customer education and in-services, including assisting in pre-operative implant planning.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to drive product utilization and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • A 4-year degree or equivalent qualification.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude and proficiency in technology systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Previous experience in sales or technical product roles, ideally in healthcare.
