About the Program and Position:
The Enhanced Family Foster Care Program at Cayuga Centers supports foster youth in New York City. The program, serving 137 youth ages 0-21+, provides multidisciplinary support through a team consisting of various professionals. The team takes a trauma-informed, socio-ecological approach to care, addressing the effects of trauma within the community. Each youth receives personalized support to aid in healing and future planning.
Cayuga Centers is currently seeking a Vice President (VP) of Support Services to manage departments related to foster home recruitment and licensing, Fair Futures, and EFFC Operations. The VP will oversee program operations, ensure adherence to guidelines, provide training, and maintain relationships with stakeholders and community partners.

- Serve as a member of the Child Welfare and Mental Health Leadership Council
- Supervise support departments and program staff
- Responsible for program outcomes
- Participate in staff training and development
- Monitor service delivery and benefits
- Ensure program compliance with guidelines
- Maintain confidentiality and report requirements
- Actively participate in conferences and meetings
- Collaborate with providers and stakeholders
- Support program improvement and certifications
- Provide guidance and coaching to program teams
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Schedule:
- Exempt position
- Regular hours: 9:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday - Friday
- Potential evenings, weekends, and on-call requirements to meet program needs

Experience and Skills:
- Master's degree or J.D. required, LMSW/LCSW preferred
- Experience in child welfare, preferably with NYC ACS or private agencies
- Knowledge of relevant municipal and state agencies
- Experience working with at-risk youth and families
- Ability to engage with families in different contexts
- Strong interpersonal skills and cultural competence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Willingness to travel within New York City
- Valid NYS Driver's License

Physical Requirements:
- Word processing tasks including emails, letters, and documentation
- Extended periods of sitting and transportation
