Job Description
  1. Interpreting Design Drawings and Finishing Work:
    • Understand architectural drawings and be knowledgeable about finishing work.
  2. Using BIM Software for Documentation:
    • Proficiency in using BIM (Building Information Modeling) software for design work and document submissions.
  3. Quantity Estimation through BIM Design:
    • Ability to estimate quantities (such as materials, costs, etc.) using BIM modeling.
  4. Materials and Construction Methods Knowledge:
    • Familiarity with construction materials and methods relevant to 3D design.
  5. Effective Communication with Clients:
    • Be able to communicate with clients regarding project progress, issues, and solutions.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in producing 3D structural models on architectural
  • Ability to create 2D structural details from engineer, architect, and/or MEP input
  • Understanding of Structural Engineering practices and project delivery methods
  • Strong communication and team player skills
  • Eligible to work in the US and currently located in the country.
  • Bilingual in Korean/ English is preferred
