About Coastal Regional Center
Coastal Regional Center, situated in Summerville, SC, is a facility under the South Carolina Department of Disabilities and Special Needs serving residents with intellectual and developmental challenges. Directly reports to the Building Grounds Supervisor. Must be self-reliant.
- Responsible for building and floor upkeep at Coastal Regional Center when necessary
- Maintain floor equipment appropriately stored and in optimal working conditions
- Proficient in floor stripping before applying wax and develop a schedule for floor buffing to ensure a well-maintained appearance
- Perform other required tasks as assigned
Requirements
Experience in custodial, housekeeping, or pest control related work
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge in executing custodial, housekeeping, or pest control duties. Familiarity with related standards, safety practices, and personnel procedures in state organizations. Proficiency in handling cleaning tools and overseeing subordinates' tasks.
