We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at RPM Living. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance
  • Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify and address any maintenance issues
  • Operate a variety of equipment, including power washers, floor scrubbers, and golf carts
  • Assist in the preparation of make-ready units, including trash removal and cleaning
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests and perform repairs as needed
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in maintenance or a related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
