The ideal candidate will have a blend of experimental and engineering skills, proficiency with backend development, large-language-models, and also possess some front-end development skills to create comprehensive full-stack solutions.
The candidate will be able to move quickly to explore and deploy new solutions to demanding clients.Responsibilities:
Create and design new AI driven products.
Explore possible designs for new products and prototype potential solutions.
Run experiments to understand viability of various product trade-offs.
Test and deploy these products to our internal customers.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate visual concepts into functional tools.
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Can work independently and in a collaborative environment.
Excellent self-management and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Python, Golang or JavaScript
Experience with LLMs and other NLP techniques.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $ 175,000
to $ 250,000 , which is specific to New York and may change in the future. Millennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.
When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual's experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
