RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Setting up, cleaning, and organizing workstations.
  • Preparing ingredients for the shift; washing vegetables, chopping, seasoning meat, etc.
  • Preparing oven, utensils, and grill for shift.
  • Taking orders from wait staff or computerized system.
  • Cooking order according to food health and safety standards.
  • Providing suggestions for specials or seasonal dishes.
  • Handling multiple food orders simultaneously.
  • Ensuring each guest's order is accurate and complete.
  • Delivering food orders promptly to the wait staff.
  • Storing food correctly and maintaining sanitation of workstations and utensils.
  • Assisting in restocking food supplies and supporting team members as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Physical stamina to stand throughout the shift.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Quick and accurate order processing.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Walk/Stand – continuous walking and standing required.
  • Environment Condition – work both indoors and outdoors.
  • Sit – occasional sitting.
  • Lift - lifting and carrying items of varying weights.
  • Push - pushing objects of different weights.
  • Climb – climbing stairs frequently.
  • Bend – bending and manipulating weights regularly.
  • Squat – squatting occasionally, lifting lighter weights.
  • Twist or rotate – occasional twisting and rotation.
  • Reach – frequent reaching movements.
  • Sensory Vision – clear vision ability.
  • Hear - auditory perception required.
  • Must have tasting and smelling ability.
  • Speech/Language – strong English communication skills.
