Job Role

  • 1 year of experience with large event, multiday conference planning
  • Maintains an inventory of conference center materials such as easels, flipcharts, and whiteboard equipment.
  • Creates and distributes a daily list of the following day's meetings & events.
  • Provides basic inroom audiovisual support
  • Coordinate all aspects of onsite meetings or events with the meeting hosts and ensure expectations are exceeded
  • Room setups, meeting materials, catering, AV, and housekeeping
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Proficiency in Cvent, Zoom, Teams and Outlook Technology

Pay:
$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

  • Events management: 1 year (preferred)
  • Inventory management: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • North Cambridge, MA preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • North Cambridge, MA 02140: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
