Job Summary:
Raytheon has an opportunity to join the Advanced Electronics Sub Assembly (AES) Factory as a Program Manager.

This position has overall leadership overseeing Patriot Production/GFM within a fast paced, manufacturing environment that produces products using cutting edge technologies.

The AES Patriot Spares Lead ensures that all product meets contractual quality, cost, and schedule requirements by planning, organizing, and directing the flow of production to meet or exceed product target unit hour goals.

This individual will also be responsible for a safe work environment and will lead and engage in safety improvement projects.

This role requires daily interaction with manufacturing engineering, maintenance, production control, finance, and the program management office.

Achieving/exceeding cost, quality, delivery, safety goals and identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities using six sigma and lean methodologies are critical performance criteria for this position.


Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Execution of schedule and cost. Provide oversight to drive OTD to 90% for AES. Drive material position for patriot products both make/buy.
Drive focus to close engineering actions specific to spares deliveries.
Identify continuous improvement opportunities with the process.

Provide communication support for Core Control Room on production and GFM.Identify and prioritize critical field needs to be pulled from MCPMaintain up to date database of GFM inhouse assemblies and status.


Basic Qualifications:


Typically require a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree and 3 years of prior relevant experience.

The ability to obtain and maintain a government US security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working and leading in and/or guiding a manufacturing environment.
Experience assigning, managing, and measuring work assignments to completion.
Experience utilizing lean manufacturing concepts with a proven track record of lean / six sigma implementation projects.

Previous experience supervising bargaining unit employeesManufacturing or Industrial Engineering experience in the aerospace/defense industryExcellent communication (written and verbal) and solid people management and uses good judgment to resolve conflict.

Experience leading in a team-based and holding the team accountable for making commitments in a manufacturing environment with minimal supervision.

Experience working with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Access) and/or SAP.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
