Duties include but are not limited to:

Responsible for the safety, profitability and continuous customer satisfaction on all projects assigned to oversee. Involvement with each project in area of responsibility from the initial bid process until the final completion of the project including scheduling and conducting a post project analysis report and/or meeting as required. Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly and final reports to the customer and company including all change orders, site safety plans, equipment and personnel discrepancy reports, project expense reports and customer discrepancy reports.

Job functions:

Thorough and specific knowledge of company, customer and regulatory safety requirements, company safety program, company policies and procedures and company goals and objectives as well as individual and team goals.

Must have the ability to motivate crew in order to achieve high levels of productivity while keeping safety as the most important priority. Ability to manage 3 – 4 projects simultaneously and keep operations manager apprised of manning and equipment needs on an ongoing basis. Excellent record keeping skills and verbal and written communications skills. Advanced computer skills and thorough knowledge of construction and salvage industry standards. Must be able to establish and maintain good working relations with suppliers, vendors, customers and sub contractors.

Minimum requirements:

BS in engineering or business management preferred and/or

5 years minimum work experience in construction, flooring or related industries

Ability to safely improvise, adapt to adverse situations and react clearly and quickly to changes in project scope and detail

Physical requirements:

Ability to work extended periods of time safely

Ability to safely walk over rough surfaces, climb and descend ladders, stay on feet for extended periods of time

Ability to calmly and accurately communicate with employees, customers and vendors over long periods of time and under potentially stressful situations
