Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Engineer to join our team at H&H, a trusted full-service infrastructure engineering firm with over 137 years of experience.

About the Role

  • Lead construction projects for roadway, interchange, and bridge projects following industry standards and best practices.
  • Apply and monitor work zone traffic control plans to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
  • Perform civil engineering cost estimates and manage project budgets.
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and contractors.
  • Complete work accurately and in accordance with quality control and quality assurance procedures.
  • Read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and special requirements.
  • Manage the preparation of Daily Inspection Reports to document project progress and performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Science with a concentration on Civil Engineering.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
  • Detail-oriented and goal-driven, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Five+ years of relevant experience in construction engineering, including experience with highway and bridge projects.
  • Operational knowledge of field inspection equipment and software.
