Job Description: The Treasurer Team Lead role entails supervising a team of Universal Clerks, ensuring efficient workflow, addressing customer needs, and contributing to the overall success of the office. Key responsibilities include coaching employees, resolving customer transactions, and maintaining adherence to established policies and procedures.


Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of five years of relevant clerical and customer service experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of motor vehicle and property tax concepts
  • Proficiency in interpreting and explaining legislative regulations
  • Strong organizational skills and leadership abilities
  • Competence in handling confidential information and preparing reports

Monday - Friday
7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
