  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols, to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
  • Address guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive guest experience.
  • Adhere to all company standard operating procedures, including menu preparation, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and productive team culture, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve financial results, including sales growth, cost control, and labor management.
  • Perform all duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience in the food service industry preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and car insurance required.
  • NRA ServSafe food and alcohol certifications preferred.
  • 2 years of restaurant experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, guests, and vendors.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Working knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, alcohol safety, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations preferred.
