Key Responsibilities:

Website Management:

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of our company website to ensure optimal performance, user experience, and functionality.
  • Implement strategies to improve website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.

SEO and SEM:

  • Develop and execute effective SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic traffic and enhance search engine rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research, monitor performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

Google Ad Oversight:

  • Manage Google Ad campaigns, including budget allocation, keyword targeting, ad creation, and performance analysis.
  • Continuously optimize ads to improve clickthrough rates, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.

Apple Maps:

  • Utilize Apple Maps to enhance our online presence and visibility, ensuring accurate business information and location details.

Creative Design Knowledge:

  • Create visually appealing and engaging digital assets, including graphics, banners, and promotional materials.
  • Analyze campaign performance and make datadriven adjustments to optimize results.

CRM Management:

  • Manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems to effectively track and analyze customer interactions, preferences, and behaviors.
  • Leverage CRM data to personalize marketing campaigns to create leads for sales team.

Video Creation:

  • Conduct video content for marketing purposes, such as editing a prerecorded presentation or videoing a speaker and editing for placement on social media, and customer testimonials.

Social Media and LinkedIn Posting:

  • Manage company social media accounts, including content creation, posting schedules, and audience engagement.
  • Utilize LinkedIn for B2B marketing efforts, including lead generation, networking, and thought leadership initiatives.

Blog Writing:

  • Produce highquality blog content on relevant industry topics to attract organic traffic, establish thought leadership, and foster audience engagement.
  • Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to maximize blog visibility and reach.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in digital marketing roles with a focus on website management, SEO/SEM, and Google Ad campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and proficiency in data analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing content.
  • Experience with Word Press or a similar CMS.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools.
  • Demonstrated creativity, strategic thinking, and problemsolving abilities.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to manage 3rd party partnerships.
  • Experience or willingness to learn digital tools for livestream, geofencing, and other digital touch points.
  • Knowledge of Google tag manager and it's interface with Google Ads and Word Press.
