Marketing Manager
to join our tight-knit team in
Houston, TX This position will be instrumental in shaping and executing marketing strategies to attract and retain residents across our diverse portfolio of properties.
The Marketing Manager will spearhead collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams to bolster brand awareness, orchestrate campaigns, and optimize digital marketing initiatives.
Position Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing to delineate strategic marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives and insights into target-audience preferences.
Oversee advertising campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and strategic positioning.
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, seize opportunities, and tackle challenges within the multifamily housing sector.
Work closely with the onsite teams to grasp market dynamics, resident preferences, and effective leasing strategies, fostering a collaborative approach to marketing efforts.
Manage the creation of diverse marketing collateral, from brochures to websites, ensuring brand consistency and regulatory compliance across all digital and print assets.
Leverage advanced data analytics to track performance metrics, measure campaign effectiveness, and pinpoint areas for optimization, driving continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
Build and nurture relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to bolster marketing initiatives, maximize resources, and achieve strategic objectives.
Uphold and enhance reputation management efforts across online platforms and communities, safeguarding a positive brand image and promptly addressing any issues to maintain brand integrity.
Conduct thorough audits to ensure marketing campaigns are accurately set up and performing as expected.Demonstrate proactive and self-driven initiative in identifying improvement opportunities and implementing strategic adjustments to marketing strategies, fostering innovation and agility in response to market dynamics.
Utilize your creative eye to make aesthetic adjustments to websites and digital content, ensuring an immersive and user-friendly experience for prospective residents, driving engagement and conversion.
Leverage your experience with technology products such as Knock CRM, G5, Nurture Boss, and Elise AI to optimize marketing automation and lead management processes, maximizing efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
2-5 years of marketing experience, focusing on multifamily preferred.
Certification through RealPage for the use of Revenue Management platforms, preferred.
Experience with Canva a plus.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC advertising.
Desired Skills and Competencies:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
