Envestnet is seeking a passionate and talented Data Aggregation Lead to join our Data Aggregation Support team. This position is expected to report to our Raleigh, NC office.

Job Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex projects, servicing high profile clients, developing innovation solutions, and working collaboratively across all internal teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own and oversee specific clients, processes, and products as assigned by management.
  • Establish and maintain strong and cooperative relationships with all internal departments to foster a cooperative environment for the resolution of complex problems and/or errors.
  • Identify and provide support on issues that cause disruptions to our customers, including large-scale process issues, release management, system issues, implementation issues or platform errors. Work internally across departments to identify and implement preventative actions.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and facilitate training and growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, clients, and partner organizations.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to address concerns and explore opportunities for business growth.
  • Provide proactive input on operational enhancements to improve business processing efficiency and increase client satisfaction.
  • Facilitate best practice process management with various areas of the organization, including making suggestions for improved client service, quality control, and risk management procedures.
  • Pilot new approaches to generate data and analytic value in alignment with business pain points.
  • Drive results and execution on key projects as identified by senior management.
  • Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.
  • As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
  • 5-7 years of experience in the financial services or related industry with a client service background
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead
  • Precise understanding of Operations within the Financial Services Industry
  • Understanding of the terminology and processing requirements within the Investment and Financial Services Industry
  • Decisive and proven track record of driving results
  • Ability to critically analyze information and make sound recommendations
  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities
  • Ability to create and manage change across business functions
  • Ability to leverage data and analytics to improve business outcomes
  • Proven track record of effective verbal and written communication

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or other advanced degrees or certifications preferred
