Responsibilities of a Licensing Assistant:

- Assisting clients in obtaining various business and professional licenses nationwide.

- Reviewing and analyzing data from multiple sources.

- Communicating with clients and licensing agencies through phone and email.

- Ensuring timely and accurate completion of client applications to government entities.

- Recording and monitoring the status of license applications throughout the project lifecycle.

- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on application statuses.

Starting base pay is $16.00 per hour, coupled with production-based Incentive Compensation Plan (ICP) that typically ranges from an additional $0.63 to $3.74+ per hour.
