Position Overview:

With a legacy of two decades in global expansion, Sia Partners' team plays a crucial role in supporting leading technology companies with expertise in Tech Consulting. In this role, you will:
  • Collaborate with program managers and cross-functional partners to streamline the coordination, tracking, and communication of project requirements and milestones to key stakeholders
  • Engage with Product Owners and engineering teams to implement necessary business solutions
  • Define product roadmaps, Goals/Metrics, and tools to measure progress effectively
  • Cultivate relationships with internal customers and stakeholders to establish clear objectives and timelines
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Stay updated on technology trends, develop subject matter expertise, and forge key partnerships to shape team strategies
  • Collaborate with colleagues at all levels and drive projects to completion

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated management consulting experience
  • Proven track record of collaborating with program managers and cross-functional partners to align project requirements and priorities
  • Experience in engaging with internal and external stakeholders and technical teams to implement business solutions
  • Familiarity with defining project roadmaps, goals/metrics, and tools for measurement
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities effectively
