to be the second in command to the VP of Tax.

You will manage the entire federal return process, mentor three direct reports, and will provide leadership & direction in various tax functions.

Responsibilities:
Provide leadership in all matters related to Federal income taxation.
Manage the preparation of the consolidated income tax return for the enterprise.
Manage the quarterly and year-end tax provision calculations including statutory footnote preparation.
Lead aspects of tax planning initiatives to determine the impact of new initiatives on operating strategies.
Work with Corporate and business unit partners to develop plans that harmonize tax planning with Long-term business plans.
Manage and develop tax personnel.

Qualifications:
Extensive Knowledge of Corporate Federal income taxation
ASC 740 experience
CPA or MST is highly preferred
6+ years total experience and at least 2+ years of managerial experience

Compensation range:
$150k - $170k annually, bonus eligible position

Pay Transparency Statement:
The compensation philosophy reflects the Company's reasonable expectation at the time of posting.

We consider a number of factors when making individual compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business needs.

This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.
