Each of our handcrafted homes reflects detail, craftsmanship, and care.



As the Bid Manager/Estimator, your role involves managing the bid process, ensuring competitive pricing, expanding trade partners, and aligning design and construction departments. You will produce a comprehensive estimate book for the construction team.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Track projects in the sales pipeline within the residential design department
  • Analyze data and generate forecasts
  • Report estimating job status to company owners
  • Evaluate costs per square foot and factors contributing to trends

Estimating Duties:

  • Collect and review necessary documents, plans, and drawings
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop project budgets
  • Manage RFQ process to ensure competitive pricing from vendors
  • Negotiate pricing and draft proposals
  • Review estimates with construction team
  • Meet with clients to address inquiries

Vendor and Subcontractor Management:

  • Validate vendor and subcontractor lists
  • Develop new trade partners for competitive pricing
  • Efficiently manage subcontractors and promote relationships

  • Experience with estimating software and Buildertrend is a plus
