Job Title: General Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Sales Manager to join our team at Cornerstone Construction. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving market sales performance through motivation, training, coaching, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed company revenue goals for assigned market
  • Create and facilitate regular and ad hoc sales trainings
  • Plan and host individual and group sales events
  • Establish individual and collective goals - weekly, monthly, annual
  • Identify and provide individual coaching to project managers regularly and as necessary
  • Provide project manager accountability through individual planning and communication
  • Coordinate creative incentive events to maintain motivation amongst team
  • Assist project managers with sales strategies and quotes
  • Assist in recruiting new project managers
  • Ensure new hires complete training curriculum within 30 days
  • Contribute to quarterly and annual project manager reviews
  • Escalate performance and behavioral issues to management
Requirements:
  • Advanced knowledge of sales concepts and principles
  • Minimum five (5) years relevant work experience
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Experience training teams
  • Ability to motivate
