Hallmark's Consumer Experience (CX) Marketing Technology & Operations Team runs point on direct marketing campaign operations and is also responsible for planning and oversight of the technology roadmap for systems used across Hallmark's Consumer Experience ecosystem – spanning Marketing, Creative, Data Insights & Analytics and Consumer Care functions.


WHAT YOUR ROLE ENTAILS AND HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
As a

Marketing Operations Leader – Traffic and Workflow Optimization


you will provide day-to-day program/project management support for campaign operations, and project / incident-based work for the CX Marketing Technology & Operations Team.

This includes assigning resources, setting project timelines and deadlines, scheduling, managing work intake, setting up projects for all one-to-one direct marketing campaigns as well as campaign operation incidents.

You will also monitor projects to completion and check in with needed parties when timelines are at risk to see where improvement can be made to keep on schedule.

In this role, you will also identify opportunities for improvement of current workflow tools and processes, including integration with other enterprise tools and capabilities, consolidation of tools with overlapping capabilities, and/or automation/simplification of current processes and technologies.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
The following is required to be considered for this role:

Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional work experience
Minimum of 4 years' experience in marketing operations project/program management, supporting end-to-end campaign operations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Your resume application will stand out if you have:

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
Prior experience with process mapping and managing continuous process improvement, preferably in a marketing campaign operations context
Intermediate to advanced understanding of workflow management software and tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Workamajig, Trello, etc.)
Strong interpersonal skills – ability to work with diverse internal and external partners
Strong verbal and written communication skills – able to effectively communicate face to face with key business partners
Experience with multiple project and portfolio delivery methodologies.
Ability to manage competing priorities and a high volume of initiatives at one time
Proactively prioritize the work and manage expectations
Knowledge of creative and business operations workflow
Ability to problem-solve/troubleshoot operational or business issues
