Votre futur environnement de travail :
Le vertical Espace, Défense et Sécurité de Sopra Steria doit surmonter divers défis, tels que développer et maintenir des applications critiques pour les Ministères tout en les accompagnant dans leur transition numérique.

Travaillant dans une équipe dynamique et unie au sein d'une agence à taille humaine, vous contribuerez à assister les Ministères dans la réalisation et la maintenance de leurs systèmes critiques impliquant divers enjeux métiers clés (Identité numérique, Sécurité routière, contrôle aux frontières, Cyber Intelligence, etc.).

Pour accompagner notre expansion, nous recherchons un(e) Chef(fe) de projet expérimenté(e) souhaitant évoluer dans un environnement stimulant. Responsable d'une équipe de 5 à 30 collaborateurs, vous interviendrez dans un contexte Agile impliquant les utilisateurs finaux.

En tant que Chef(fe) de projet, vous serez le contact privilégié avec les clients, partenaires et collaborateurs pour coordonner les actions à mettre en place, tout en garantissant le respect des engagements contractuels.

Votre rôle et missions :

  • Piloter les opérations :
    • Piloter et animer une équipe vers la réussite de la mission
    • Identifier les risques, mettre en place des plans d'actions et en assurer le suivi
    • Entretenir une relation de confiance avec le client
    • Respecter les engagements forfaitaires (délais, qualité, coûts) pour garantir la satisfaction client
    • Trouver des solutions adaptées aux besoins fonctionnels et techniques des clients en collaboration avec votre équipe
  • Piloter le contrat :
    • Assurer la gestion financière, la facturation et le reporting en collaboration avec la Direction de projets
  • Saisir les opportunités du projet :
    • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités pour le client
    • Participer à des avant-ventes en entretenant une relation de confiance avec le client
  • Intégrer l'équipe de management de Sopra Steria :
    • Recruter et encadrer vos équipes
    • Définir des objectifs et veiller à leur réalisation en collaboration avec la direction
  • Progresser et partager :
    • Bénéficier d'un programme de formation spécifique pour les Chefs de projet
    • Intégrer la communauté des chefs de projet de Sopra Steria
Qualifications

Votre profil :

  • Entrepreneur dans l'âme, vous êtes passionné(e) par le pilotage, l'encadrement et le management d'équipe. Rigoureux(se) et engagé(e), vous appréciez le travail collaboratif
  • Expérience dans la gestion de projets en ESN ou chez un éditeur de logiciels/client final
  • Diplômé(e) d'une école d'Ingénieur ou équivalent Universitaire, avec au moins 8 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets informatiques
