Phillips Federal, a division of Phillips Corporation, is looking for our next best in class assistant project manager for our team at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard.

In this position you will assist with the contract execution and management of our team of world-class professionals who keep the machine tools and production equipment at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard running for the US Navy.

At Phillips Federal, our mission is to provide Legendary Service & Value to our customers, which means often going above and beyond to serve them.

At Phillips, our mission is "To partner with thought leaders and creators providing the needed know-how and machinery to transform human society in ways that make life immeasurably better." Our vision is two-fold; to be the world's bet supplier of manufacturing technology, and to create a Phillips Community where we learn to live great lives.

Strong organizational skills, including electronic files such as service requests, service reports and job summaries.

Comfortable and experienced in industrial quality and safety audits.

Five years of project and personnel management, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Experience in a communication-focused, customer-facing role while dealing with outside vendors and suppliers.

Experience with OSHA safety training (OSHSA 30 or 501) and ISO9001 are highly preferred.

Government contacting experience, including knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) is highly preferred along with a working knowledge of financial statements.

Phillips offers a world-beating collaborative culture and competitive pay and benefits.

In our 65+ year history, Phillips has grown from a handful of employees to over 700 supplying and supporting manufacturing technology in the United States and overseas.

Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution.

The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $(phone number removed) and $(phone number removed) annually plus bonus opportunities.
