JOB TITLE: Customer Care Coordinator


The Customer Care Coordinator plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional and professional customer service to drive efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.

This position is responsible for ensuring accurate and prompt processing of all orders to meet customer requirements efficiently.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to incoming calls, manage incoming faxes, and address inquiries appropriately.
- Efficiently handle new order intake processes.
- Schedule evaluations and equipment adjustments with referrals and clients.
- Upload order files for ATPs, request and review necessary order documents, and ensure timely equipment tracking.
- Coordinate equipment delivery with clients post-approval and communicate coverage and financial responsibilities.
- Conduct equipment research on vendor websites and manage payments.
- Reconcile deliveries and facilitate billing processes.
- Maintain contact with doctors, therapists, and relevant stakeholders.
- Perform various assigned duties and responsibilities.

The above duties serve as examples of the tasks involved, and additional responsibilities may be assigned as deemed suitable for the role.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma/GED required, with an Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum three years of relevant experience in a fast-paced office environment.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong decision-making abilities, efficient problem-solving skills, and familiarity with productivity tools.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:


This job may require prolonged periods of desk work and computer usage, with flexibility for overtime if necessary.
