- Education: High School graduate or equivalent.
- Experience: 2+ years of office experience in a healthcare setting.

- Technical Skills: Familiarity with in-store technology, such as point-of-sale, patient record systems, and other software applications.
- Knowledge: Basic knowledge of services, products, vision insurance plans/coverage, and office operations.
