Job Description

$1,000.00 Sign-on Bonus

Client Relationship Consultants play a crucial role in building strong customer relationships by offering personalized guidance and support. They focus on understanding customers' financial needs, providing expert advice, handling banking transactions, and promoting suitable financial solutions based on individual goals. Responsibilities also include consumer loan management, account operations, and branch oversight.

This role mandates National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the guidelines of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. Successful candidates will undergo a registration process that involves background checks. Non-compliance with NMLS requirements, such as maintaining a clean record, may lead to offer withdrawal or employment termination.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of customer service and sales experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Familiarity with retail products and services
  • Customer service and sales skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Financial services background is a plus

Client Relationship Consultant 2

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-4 years of customer service and sales experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • In-depth knowledge of retail products and services
  • Sales campaign participation
  • Supervisory experience advantageous

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 4-5 years of customer service and sales experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Advanced understanding of retail products and services
  • Sales campaign involvement
  • Supervisory experience desirable

Client Relationship Consultant 4

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of customer service and sales experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Profound knowledge of retail products and services
  • Experience in sales campaigns and supervision

The salary range listed pertains to the primary location. Actual salaries may differ based on the geographical placement.
